I opened a ticket cause I used to insta 80 my hunter and I couldn't tame beast. The quest was nowhere to show up. So I open a ticket, wait 2 whole days for the GM to answer and the response was this "Sorry, I couldn't find you online". So now what? I just play hunter without a pet? I paid 20 coins for that.

Reopen the ticket and wait.

The quest should be obtainable from the hunter trainer located in the small town that sits between you race's starting zone and big city.
