Shadowmourne quest

Good day, yesterday my friend Warriorpve(Icecrown) went to ICC to turn in the quest "the lich king's last stand", he also had Unseal Chest that dropped after killing LK, once he turned it quest and get mount, everything was fine until there, he also got The blood of Sylvana, Arthas' Training Sword, etc. but right after that, the other npcs to give those items to Sylvana npc, etc, didn't show up, the cinematic event finished after the father of Highlord stopped talking but the other npcs didn't show up to give the objets that I mentioned before, it seems bug, he did it in 25man, I hope you can help, he made a ticket in-game, thanks.

I can't get the Quest too.So after returning the quest Morgraine's Reunion i get the Mount Crimson Deathcharger,but after that maybe is bugged and after starting the history talk with ghost nc Highlord Darion Mograine and nothing happens after that and not open the other 4 Quest to proceed and get the others 4 items after Shadowmourne Quest.

hi, imagine i got same problem on my warrior and paladin :3 i am really sad after 6-8 months farming sm ....
i did a ticket but they say we work on it .. and still waiting till now ..
i hope they fix it soon or they can find solution for us one by one via ticket .
