Item refund - return

Hello!

Today i donated 20 Euro. I then bought 2 rings and one staff. The rings were unique (Which were not told on the website) so i returned one (2 coins). And the staff were not better than the one i have (didnt say attackpower for druid on website) i returned the staff aswell.

Now to the problem... i didnt receive a refund on the coins i'd spent. Please help me out, and pay it back. If i buy something and have the option to push "return" i expect to get a full return. Total amount of 12 Coins. Please help me out :)

I assume you bought them from Trade section. Normally items bought from Trade section are not refundable. And those mails might get automatically returned to you later.

Just for future reference every staff has attack power shown to druids only. Druids get attack power in different forms, so even the LK caster spirit staff shows Attack Power for restoration druids. You can ignore it unless you're a feral, and even then it won't be a major difference, other stats (primary one and the special green ones) are more important.
