Cant access past account

Good day, i am trying to access a donor account i had about 2 years ago that i havent logged onto since. I cant access the account anymore because i cannot access the email account i had set up for that account. Would it be possible for you to access my account and change the email for me? The account name is naveen10. and i am trying to change the email to [email protected]
