A password prompt continuously pops up during gameplay with text reading
"Please enter a password for 'CrbZ100###'."
This happens throughout my gameplay but, most often in Northerend, where it is every 2-3 seconds. It steals keyboard focus so I cannot PVP at all. Is there any solution??

15+ years of playing wow and i have never had anything prompt me into entering my password besides the login screen
You must have DL'd some addon and probably have even compromised your account lol
It's because of carbonite, idk if there's way to "fix" it with disabling its feature(s).
I don't use the addon personally.
It's because of a carbonite addon.
To fix it > Go to Carbonite options in the game > Privacy > and untick everything you find there, only tick 2 boxes where it starts with "Disable <something>''.
After that, you shouldn't get any more password promts. Or if you want a quick and faster answer > use google and search for it...
it would be nice for the carbonite channels to be set server defaulted password. The whole enter password bit was done by an unsavory character locking those channels since they are in a form player made channels.
