Info@warmane response time or not replying, meaning of this?

I've sent an email about account retrieval to [email protected] and i got a response within a day with an account retrieval template.

So i've sent back another email filling out the template but i haven't had a reply since i replied with a filled out template on 1/18. I even sent another fresh email a day later on 1/19.

Is it possible that it just takes this long sometimes? or was my request denied

It can take a few days depending on volume. Sending frequent emails can only delay help.

so even if they deny the request, will they still reply back to me?
