Lost characters

Hello, 27/01/2020, three characters have disappeared from my account.
Zhufor 80 lvl death knight, Kerz 61 lvl rogue, and Zmuhar 29 lvl shaman. Yesterday I went to my account and they were still in place. I have some screenshots to confirm. What could be the reason for the loss, can you help? I could not find them in the ban list, and also there is no information in the account history
