Death Knight Quest stuck

Hello ive made a dk and im suppose to have this quest with the gift of the harvester and the item where i must go to the mines.But i dont have the item or any indication on the map that i have this quest or any other quest, its just empty and i cant find anything to do. I guess its some kind of bug but i dont know what to do.Should i make a new character and start over??

Try to enable "show Low level quest" on the top of your mini map and check the area if there is a quest now.

you have to check inside a postbox in the city, theres a letter with a quest so you can continue to develop your character.
