I want to know that can I enchant "Master`s Inscription of the Axe" to some king of scroll, like enchanting, and if I can, what`s the name of the scroll, and how can I make it?
It's not a scroll, you can put it only on your own shoulders and it makes item soulbound to you.
On chars without inscription you can get shoulder enchant from Sons of Hodir quartermaster.
