Problem with video settings

Hello.
I just download WOTLK on my new laptop, and I have a problem with changing video settings.
After changing video details to high we need to restart the game.
But every time when I'm doing this the game is starting from the beginning, I have to accept Licence and Term of Use and all details are set on ''0''.
Its not a first time for me when I download game on some new device, but this problem I have first time. Before settings changes was accepted straight away.
Can someone please help me with this?

Hello, Powerspeed.

Please make sure your WoW installation is not located within your Downloads folder. Secondly, highlight your WoW folder and right click on it, select 'Properties' and uncheck 'Read-Only'. A new window should pop up stating 'Apply changes to this folder, subfolders and files' click ok.

I would advise that you change all the options you can without a restart and log into the gameworld, logout and proceed change the rest of the settings.

I have done everything what You said and now everything its working like should be.
I have to said Thanks one more time because me and my brother are starting now playing on Mists of Pandaria, and we had same problem there.
