Unable do connect bug

Since yesterday i can't log in my account, every time i try to log in into the game it shows up the message: "unable to connect, try again later". I've tried everything: I've changed my password, I've checked the realm list many times already and I've also tried the very same thing on WTF folder because i read here this could work too, but nothing worked so far.

One of my friends is having the same issue. He asked me to test his account, and I could log into it just fine. It's not the realmlist.
