Buy Reputation for a Fraction / Increase Rate

is it possible to buy reputation for a specific Fraction?
Or to increase the rate of reputation?

No, the reputation rates are set and can't be donated for.

Yeah sucks getting the last 2 rep factions for "The insane" dosen't it, no cheating tho, you have to go trough the same hell we all did.

the insane wasn't that bad IMHO I think I did.. 3-4 quests? Then killed ONLY guards in BB and didn't lose rep but gained rep.

Insane isn't bad. I got it in about a couple month's worth of work. On and off at that.

Only thing is is that DMF is expensive if you're not a scribe or even have one. I spent nearly 30k on cards but whatever, doesn't bother me.

There is a way you can stay honored with Bloodsail and Exalted with Steamwheedle - just do the quest in Dire Maul with the goblin. I had to do that because I did the Steamwheedle / Bloodsail chain backwards, ha. Felt so pissed off at myself.
