Protip: Don't.
Level as shadow, priest's damage is insanely low without mind flay and even with that, it gets much better later on.
Unless you want faster RDF queues, then yea, holy and just do dungeons because your damage will be crap.

Go shadow and you can still heal low level dungeons.

Where can I LFG?

If your level on icecrown just queue at dungeon finder if you want, though generally you can level to through quests fairly easy.
