n00b question

I really haven't played WoW since BC days....Mists of Panderia ruined it for me. I just found out about Warmane and started a new toon today.

Can someone remind me which hand the slower weapon goes for a rogue dual wield? Is the OH where you put the slower weap?

Opposite. Slower/better goes to MH since some abilities do dmg only from mh. Additionally dmg from oh is reduced.

If we speak about combat then yes slow mh for sinister dmg, fast oh for deadly poison application. Additiinaly. You can macro weapon swap to slow offhand for abilities like killing spree and fan of knives for max dmg
