Question regarding old character

Hello,

Ever since the 2015 Molten drama I have not played, but I have created an account and a character with the reimbursed points and coins and insta-80 that we were provided in 2015 February (according to the marketplace logs). Unfortunately, to my surprise, after wanting to come back, I redownload wow and login, only to see that the account has been wiped, again. Have I missed something, was there some sort of a char wipe? Is there any chance to get my char back and if yes, how should I proceed about that?

maybe your character was on a realm that does not exist anymore.
Some realms have been merged into a new one and some Realms have been closed.

Send an email to [email protected] as last hope (or by opening a ticket on website if premium account)

According to the marketplace logs it was on Deathwing. Anything you could tell me what happened to that realm?

I also have sent an email, but have yet to receive a reply.

Deathwing and Ragnaros realms have been merged into Icecrown.

We had around 1 year of time to manually move our characters on the new Realm (Icecrown)
