Refund ticket has not been answered for the last 12 hours

Dear warmane team,

i have made a ticket for the last 12 hours to refund a item that i miss bought. I understand that you might be under heavy traffic but please consider my problem. Can you please answer the ticket since it has now been 12 hrs and i don't want to pass the 24 hr mark, and then it will be impossible to refund. I really don't like this item and i bought it by accident.

Only the ticket must be made within 24 hours of purchase. After that it doesn't matter how long it takes to get an answer to your ticket.

Prepare to wait till tomorrow though.
