I've run VoA 25 today with only frost kill. Can i run flame or other bosses with a different group this week? Or am i locked for other bosses as well till next week?

You can do it if they accept your instance ID. You and everyone else will continue from where you are(frost boss dead). Gl with that. And each raid gets different ID, so 2 raids who kill only one and the same boss are in different ID and cant join each other(such feature were added in later xpac).
Thanks for the information. Next time i will make sure that i will not join an incomplete run.
