Its been 3 days since i opened a ticket and they are not answering me
Are they on vacation or something? im just getting worried why they are not answering me

Depends on what it's about. Ban appeals have lowest priorities and it can take 7 or even more days.
And on top of that, there's an increased number of players now, that's an increased number of tickets also.
