Icecrown questline starter problem !

Hello,
i got a problem. It seems there is a bug with the quest Preparations for War given by Sky-Reaver Klum.

I actually see there is a quest to take, but when i talk to him there is nothing i can accepte, no quest avaible.
So i'm stuck , i can't start the icecrown quest line,

Someone have a solution please ? :/
