Want to donate but it shows my IP address has been terminated

Hey

I've played here for some years and stopped some months ago. Yesterday, I came back.

I can log into the WoW application just fine.

But when I log into https://www.warmane.com/account, I get an error saying my IP address has been terminated due to Suspicious Activity - #BF05.
I have no idea why since I don't use any kind of VPNs whatsoever.

I want to donate and buy some coins but it seems I can't do anything in the https://www.warmane.com/account portal...

What can I do?
