Character restoration

Hello Warmane Staff and GMS,

is there a way to restore characters on this account?

I cant seem to find a catergory for this issue on the website so i contacted via a ticket ingame and via forum here.

I have a question regarding the characters I used to play on this server. They seem to be gone for some reason.

I used to play here when the server was called "Molten-WOW" 4/5 years ago and I had a warrior lvl 80 ~5k gs called Durlexx. The server got shut down and my character got deleted. I know I had a chance to restore it, but initially didn't as I had no time to re-gear again. A few years after that I started a new character, this time a MAGE - but I can't seem to remember on which account. It was either called Bureksimus or Durlexx and it was a lvl 60 something mage. This also seems to be gone now. On top of that, a year later i started playing TBC with some friends and my Outland character (think it was called poznanovic) is also gone. Did they get deleted?

I'd like to add that ,. when I'm on the login screen just when you want to enter the server in the realm list, I see that there are 2 active charcters on Loarder-on and one on the instant server but when i enter the realm they are not there?

Is there any chance i get these characters restored?
