Son Of HOndir NPC

I have a Major Problem. I start farm the son of Hondir reputation today morning. After the q from Thorium , I suddenly reached revealed stage of reputation. So I delete all q and raise reputation by token ( EOT TOkens ) . NOw I am exalted in Son of Hondir but I can't see the NPC seller .
I can do all the chain Q again . I need only to see NPC . :(
Plz help . I seriously need this NPC .

In order to see the npc you need to accept the quest n.27 of the questchain: "Forging an Alliance"
