Cant enter my account

Everything was fine until servers crashed. After that i tryed loging in but my autentication mail wasent bieing delivered. I tryed loging on the warmane site so i can disable autentication but i kept getting error and couldnt enter. I dont know if this is some kind of a bug or am i being baned. I would appreciate if you could respond as fast as possible.

If you check the front page the following is posted: "Warmane is experiencing network issues. We are working on a solution."
