I tried to find something like that in the Armory , but cannot find anything.

That info is not available afaik.
There's no such information published officially but you can ask over in the Lordaeron subforum. I play on Icecrown and I'm pretty sure it's the same over there: paladins, warriors and DK are the most popular classes. There's always a lack of tanks. There's a few good warlocks/moonkins/shadow priests.
