Check out the picture, i have 13 scrolls of Deception and my rogue is already full transmogrified...what IN THE WORLD am I suppose to do with them right now? Shove them up in my ....?

Please make them account bound, i wanna transmogrifie' my alt char as well...

And i know why those are soulbound...so we can donate for them if our main char is already full transmogrified.
