just noticed that i cant send BoAs including Gold via COD from Alli to Horde.
Last week it worked for me now i cant send it
Did they change anything here?

They probably changed it yeah. Afaik they removed the option to send gold + heirlooms some months ago, maybe this is a follow-up.
Isn't gold+heirloom on C.O.D still working? If not then welcome to neutral ah which takes a big cut from you...
