Account status from "good" to "normal"?

Been on here for 3 years and just now, today, my standing went from "good" to "normal"

Any explanation on that?

When you get banned, you lose the bonus for having account in good standing for 1 year. Nothing else should affect it.

But i dont have any bans tho

Did you delete/ sell any characters?

No, been playing as usual

Anyone got an answer? Or do i just have to live with it?

Its been a few days since ive heard anything regarding this issues.. just give me an answer and ill move on :)
