Not sure if it's possible to retrieve characters back, I seem to have lost the characters on this account?

go to https://www.warmane.com/account/services pick your realm, then pick points/coins (whichever you have to use) and go to character restoration. if they're not listed there then they are gone for good.

if they are listed there you can restore them for a cost.
