Server launch time and spawn rates

Hello guys I would like to ask 2 questions:
1. Does anyone know what time on 15 April will the server start?
2. Will there be increased mob spawn rates for leveling, and if by any chance someone knows how much faster will mobs spawn? Assuming there will be a lot of players i think its is necessary.

Launch time is to be determined, keep an eye on the official thread FAQ.
Mob spawn rates will likely be unaffected from how they are on Icecrown or Lordearon. In response to a similar question Proterean expressed confidence in the server's ability to handle the launch.

The spawn rates should stay the same, racing 15 other players to tag the last remaining quest mob then camping their spawning spot for long minutes to get the other 9 kills is part of the fun.
