Tickets.

I m writing a ticket and it doesnt let me submit and keeps giving an error: ^Your ticket reply contains illegal characters, try again.^
There is no swear in it so if you are gonna ban words at least tell the person which word is banned. i spent half an hour writing that and i cant submit now.
How am i suppose to send your my ticket now...

You can't use special signs. If you typed the ticket in English it's probably - / \ " etc.

thank you for your help. It is annoyin because it doesnt tell you whats wrong.
