hacked account

This topic is directed to Admin & GM Staff.

This morning, someone of Guild GRIM , realm Lordaeron hacked my account and my password was changed by him/her.

When i reset my password and login to realm Lordaeron with my hero name Davaii i see they removed my hero from my guild Ally KINGS where i'm Guild Master and put me to theirs guild GRIM.

Now when i have access to my account everything is looking fine but i didn't understand how they hacked my account when my password is really strong not some easy like 123456ab or someting like this.

I really care about this do will be repeat again to be hacked my account.

I would enable 2 factor authentic authentication in My account > Security.

I'm not sure how you would, but if you do have any evidence you can try submitting a report http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=325598
