Accused of scamming from Paymentwall

Hi all

I've tryed to buy some coins via warmane site obviusly, and it's not the first time that i'm buying coins, otherwise i would not be a premium member.
Paymentwall apparently with no reason blocked my transaction because of "scamming issue" (WTF) they told me that my transaction was refused, my money refounded, and it's ok. Now that i'm trying to buy coins again, there is a message and i have been contacted by assistance telling me that i have to give them my Documents and a copy of my card (front/back) and that's sounds me so strange. Why i'm havin trouble since is the 3rd or 4rd time that i'm buying coins via Warmane and never had a problem?

It seems they don't like money and just want to die. I can't imagine declining so many transactions is more worth than paying someone to investigate and refund scam claims.

I just give them what they want so desperately and don't use their service.

Just do what they tell you, it's a common thing for them to ask this. It's even mentioned in the donation guide. If you don't want to give them your info just don't use Paymentwall ever again, ez.
