Has it ever been discussed to just change undeads "Will of the Forsaken" to the same effect as "Every Man for Himself" ?
That would close the gap for pvp at least a little bit.
I see a lot of discussion in game and on the forums about balancing issues regarding "op human racial", but never in a way, where actually noone is losing anything.
Don't care that much though, just throwing it out there.
Then give the Draenei a silence also.
Leave the game as it is, all of these "balance" suggestions here are biased towards crippling your enemy and buffing yourself. If the game was unbalanced in 2010 it will be unbalanced now and people playing it know damn well what they're in for. Making it custom is changing it from it's 3.3.5 version.

I was just wondering what exactly was the counterpoint to changing WotF, why it never has been done. Might mix people up too much I gues, breaking established pvp groups etc.
Edit: Regarding your Draenei comment: Check the armory for top lists, draeneis/Bloodelves are not the problem. We really don't have to argue about the fact that human racial is s-tier by a long shot. Nothing comes even close. Elves Shadowmelt or Belves Silence is nice, tauren ministun also, but they are quite situational whereas EMfH is all around perfect. It includes gnome and ud racials, which also give a cd to your insignia. So using them is completly of the table in arena. Just saying.
You want a server with 9:1 H:A ratio? I can't argue with you about human racial but I really feel you didn't think this through further than "man I really wanna go horde but **** me EMFH is just so imba..." Am I wrong?
