Is this frostmourne server full pvp or mixed like pvp-pve ?

Pretty sure it's going to be exactly the same as all the other WotLK realms pvp-wise, with the only exception of not being able to meet highly geared players in BG's.
BGs will be mixed with some sort of item level bracket.
I don't remember for arenas but i believe they were entirely separate.
