Getting attacked by guards in allied towns for no reason

I've noticed it mainly happening shortly after/right at the point of entering/exiting Battlegrounds, which makes the whole system completely busted for me. Sometimes i'm just getting killed outright for no reason.

Is there a fix for this? Happening all time and i'm tired of wasting money on equipment repairs. Thank you

Again, it happens in Ally towns, I am not opt in in the "Mercenary mode", and I am not attacking horde at that time.

It also happens with me in Lordaeron realm. But I was near the NPC questgivers of Argent Crusade.

Since then I try not to queue for bgs when im close to cities.

No idea if we (players) can do something to fix it
