Donated 10 euros and I got nothing

I was asked ID and Debit Card photos. I sent paymentwall my ID and debit card photos. They couldnt read the information because of flashlight and was asked one more time by e-mail. They said I can attach new photos under that e-mail. I did but no reply since then. And I havent got any refund. I dont know whats going on. At least I expected an e-mail. Will I get my coins and premium? If some staff can help, would be very nice. Thanks.

wait on a reply from paymentwall. warmane has nothing to do with the process until after your payment is processed by paymentwall.
