Where I can watch your duel tournaments? Any recordings?

If you mean the duel events from Icecrown - you can't watch them.
If you mean annual arena tournaments that Warmane hosts you can watch them on YT.
If you mean live arenas you can check arena spectator NPC in Dala or other major cities.

Why no1 is recording that???

Because they are random events where everyone can join, including bad and non-geared people. They also happen relatively often. You can be the first one to start recording it if you're into it.
