This may not be the place for this, however, the quest 'Forging the Alliance' is bugged. You cannot speak to the king in order to generate the quest for his anvil. Even if you go in to the anvil area the quest giver there cannot be spoken to.

It's a new quest that you take from the king to go talk to the guy at the anvil. Confused the heck out of me too.
