Second time I have gotten banned for Anticheat Violation.

I just got banned for Anticheat Violation #3 before that it was Anticheat Violation #2.

All I would like to know what exactly is triggering these bans on my account. Is it because im using a anti-afk client? Or is it something else that I don't know about thats running in the background?
