Dishonorable kills?

Are dishonorable kills on this realm? Or on warmane at all?

all wotlk realms are pvp realm. So you can attack any lvl of the opposite faction if the zone allows it.

No, this feature was removed. Neither BC, nor WOTLK have this system.
