Shop Item bugged

This morning I purchased for 17 points (not coins) Sorthalis, Hammer of the Watchers. I received it but the model was a red question mark, and in order to equip it I had to manually drag it to the melee slot where I should be able to just right click it. after equipping the item I am unable to use certain abilities (I am a protection warrior) for example I cant use Cleave or Revenge because it says I don't have a melee weapon equipped? I already deleted cache and WTF but that did not work :(. Please help!!!

I guess in this case you can ask for a refund.
You can do that by opening a ticket on website if your account is premium.
Otherwise you can send an email to [email protected] instead

A GM can't just replace it with a working version that didn't come from the store?
