You won't get a refund whatever it is that you saw. It's donating, not buying. You give your money willingly, coins are just a thank you.
That's where you're wrong my friend, while they wrote down "Donate" next to the hyperlink,it says BUY COINS implying it's a SALE Transaction. In case you didn't notice they use paymentwall, not paypal or some donation site.
Just an example:
Purchase ID Purchase date
19 Apr 2020 08:30 (GMT-5)
You paid for Price
11 Coins 10.00 EUR
Total 10.00 EUR
Get it ? This is no longer a donation,it's a transaction and just cause their hyperlink says "Donate" doesn't change the fact.
Tbh i don't care for the refund,I'll have the coins for the future, what i want to know is why it's showing gold on Frostmourne that can't be bought is it a bug or is it intended?
That depends on where it's showing it. I personally don't play Frostmourne but if it's on https://www.warmane.com/account/trade other players are selling it. You need 2FA enabled to buy it. If it's not on trade it's possibly a bug.
I can see there are sales up on the trade section of Frostmourne for gold, so do what Thorbjorn is saying and enable 2fa for 3 days and then you'll be able to buy it.
Yes I had 2FA activated since I played on Lordaeron. It would say "you need to have 2FA active for 3 days to trade",but instead it says cannot be bought on frostmourne,I think it's a bug.But hopefully a GM could clarify that.
P.s I've already Bought/Sold stuff on Lordaerons.
