[ANSWERED]trying to donate but not possible

Hello

for 2 days now im trying to donate 100 eu to your server and after inputting every info correctly still i get an error saying : Transaction not completed .

I contacted my bank and they went deep trying to help me . after 3 hours of trying with my bank support they told me from our part is nothing we can do . Its an issue with the website , You must contact them so they can fix it .

Help pls . Im using a debit card Visa . I checked the card and i have funds . i have more than 2k euro
