Have her send an email to [email protected] with as much old information as she can remember and an email to have it changed to.
It'll take a few days but they should be able to sort that out.

Then with all duo respect, why would the staff use such unethical response ? They could simply say what you said. I asked for recovery, they didn't tell me that I would need to provide info, no. This is quite vague and misleading response from staff that really makes me as a warmane premium member lost and not sure of what the procedure is.
