Problems with sounds. Help please!

Hello everyone. I have been playing on hunt (with bow). But I met some sounds problem — i can't here the sound of archery from my own pers. I here sounds of shots others hunts, but don't here my own bow. I tried to reinstall the game, but it's didn't help — problem with sounds still continue. In the sound settings I put all the checkmarks and did everything on max. It doesn't help too. Pls if someone mets the same problem or knows some solutions — help me please. This problem affect on comfortable game. I tried found a contacs of techsupport, but I didn't find.
