Missing items

After playing a random battleground in mercenary mode, i lost my both daggers, used my equpment maneger, i did "/reload" in the bg, cause i wanted to clear the Score Board bug, so when i did "/reload" i got wow error, after i logged back, my daggers were gone, i got no idea what's happening, i presume i might had miss-clicked sold them on vendor while repairing, but i dont think i can miss-sell 2 items in a row. Please tell me what to do. I already opened a ticket. Is there somehow i can use the Backup recovery system. Please Help.

if they were purchased with coins you can open a ticket on the website to get them back. if not then they're gone.

One of the items is purchased with coins, the other one dropped from icc heroic raid. So i wouldn't be able to get my item that i farmed so long ? Wow i can't bealive that. Can't i use the backup system ? Damn it...And im pretty sure i can't sell 2 items in a row without noticing. It must be some sort of unreal bug. Im so frustrated, becase everytime when i repair or sell junk to vendors, i always makes sure that all my gear is there. So there is no chance the missing items to be sold.

Unfortunately backup system is not for retrieving items, just for some unknown disasters.

As frustrating it might be you will get the dagger first time it drops, no one else needs it.
