Extremely low performance

Hi all.
I've got a problem.
In vanilla locations it was not such significant, but now with entering TBC locations it becomes more visible.
I have a very low fps. For instance, in Ogri it's about 15-25 near the auction house.
In the Hellblood Peninsula it varies from 30-55 not more.

I use:
GTX 1070 8GB
i7 4790k
32 RAM

Please tell me how to fix it?
It seems a little bit strange, I play RDR2 with 50 fps on high/ultra

It's possible that WoW just doesn't know how to take advantage of modern day specs.
Try using Large Address Aware. Also, using (old) launcher might help, instead of the WoD models one.

It's a program that lets WoW use more memory than the 4GB it's limited to since it's a 32bit app.
