Quest does not show up

Hi ,
I wanted to start my questing experience at the argent stand in Zul'drak.
out of previous experience I know it starts with a quest Defend The Stand. However it does not show up at the quest NPC who should give it, and it also doesnt have a prequest (which , if there was I normally should have done). Can I do sth about this?

If you are already lvl 74 (which is required), I think you have to do Light's Breach and Ebon Watch quests before.

did light's breach , not ebon watch. I shall try it out ty :)
