I can't see anyone on Argent tournament Grounds

Does anyone know if it is a bug or why?

you clearly didn't read what frostmourne is about :P

Frostmourne progresses through WOTLK in stages - this is the first stage with NAXX and so..

Argent tournament is stage 3 and will be released in 5 months ish

Shouldnt Argent grounds get with Ulduar patch, ie 2 monts from now? Afaik.
