Ashen veredict ring bug

hey! i'm lvl 80 shaman with friendly rep with the ashen veredict, i have the enhancement ashen ring but i want to change it to healer.

the problem is that i actually cant because the quest isnt there to change it, please help! (already tried speaking with ormok but no quest shows up)

pls help, already tried opening a ticket in-game but been 8-9 days and no reply

It's something that needs to be done by a gm, so keep waiting for a reply. Due to everyone beeing home wait times have increased.
